Terms of Service

    Last updated: July 24, 2026

    1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of kritt.ai's scanning service ("Service"), which is provided by CONTROLZ SECURITY RESEARCH LTD, doing business as kritt.ai ("Kritt," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. Service description

Kritt performs best-effort security scans of customer-provided code and delivers a written report of findings. The Service is provided on a per-scan basis as described on our Pricing page or in a written order accepted by Kritt.

    3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kritt does not warrant that the Service will identify any or all vulnerabilities, that scan results will be accurate or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We try our best, but make no guarantees. Kritt is not responsible for vulnerabilities missed and has no obligation to find any vulnerabilities.

    4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kritt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Kritt's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the specific scan giving rise to the claim.

    5. Customer responsibilities

Full responsibility for the scan, the code submitted, the interpretation of findings, and any actions taken (or not taken) on the basis of the Service rests solely with you. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to submit any code or materials to the Service.

    6. Responsible disclosure

You agree to responsibly disclose any vulnerability discovered using the Service to the affected vendor, maintainer, or owner before any public disclosure, following industry-standard coordinated disclosure timelines. You will not use the Service or its output to facilitate unauthorized access, exploitation, or harm to any system or person.

    7. Engagement approval

Before work begins, you must confirm the intended scope and that you are authorized to submit and test the relevant code. Kritt may decline or delay an engagement when scope, authorization, responsible-use expectations, or commercial terms have not been agreed in writing.

    8. Acceptable use

You will not submit code you do not have the right to submit, use the Service for offensive operations against third parties, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

    9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care. Kritt may use aggregated, de-identified signal derived from scans to operate and improve the Service, provided that we do not disclose your confidential information in a way that identifies you without permission.

    10. Intellectual property

You retain all rights in the code you submit. Kritt retains all rights in its tooling, methodology, models, and report templates. No license is granted other than as strictly necessary to perform the Service.

    11. Fees and taxes

Fees are as set out on our Pricing page or in a written order. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except taxes on kritt.ai's net income.

    12. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. kritt.ai may suspend or terminate the Service immediately for breach of these Terms, unresolved authorization or responsible-use concerns, risk to the Service or other customers, or as required by law.

    13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Kritt from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or third-party intellectual property claims related to materials you submit.

    14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.

    15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
