- Code, repositories, and other artifacts you submit for scanning.
- Scan findings, reports, and related metadata.
- Communications with us (email, support, calls).
- Email addresses submitted for product and launch updates, including confirmation status.
- Basic site analytics and security logs.
3. How we use your data
To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to perform scans and generate reports; to bill you and prevent fraud; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; to communicate with you about the Service; and, with your consent, to send product and launch updates.

Where applicable (e.g., GDPR), we process personal data on the basis of contract, legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service), consent, and legal obligation.
5. Retention

Upon a deletion request sent to info@kritt.ai, we will wipe associated data within 60 days, subject to legal-hold and regulatory exceptions and to backups that age out in the ordinary course.
